FedEx volume weight calculation formula is: length cm x width cm x height cm / 5000. If the volume weight of the goods is greater than the actual weight, it will be charged according to the volume weight, and the larger one is taken.

2. FedEx international express surcharge

Remote surcharge: for express delivery to remote areas, a surcharge of 4 RMB / kg * fuel oil for the month will be charged, and the minimum fuel charge for one ticket will be 80 RMB * for that month. Our operators will check whether it is remote according to the postcode or city name. The website query is not 100% accurate, but the FedEx bill will prevail. If the FedEx bill shows that the remote area needs to be charged, our company will automatically charge the remote fee.
Textile cost: according to the latest regulation of the Hong Kong Trade Department in 2011, only the import license is required to be sent to the United States, and the fee is one ticket plus 50 yuan (no textiles are received in Nigeria)
Fuel surcharge: subject to FedEx website, adjusted monthly.

3. FedEx international express tariff

The specific customs clearance fee shall prevail (generally, the tariff generated by the high declared value is relatively high, and if the declared value is too low than the actual value, punitive tariff will also be generated). If the recipient refuses to pay the tariff, the tariff will be automatically borne by the sender.

Reference prescription
The package is calculated from the date of delivery to FedEx warehouse, and the reference normal delivery time limit is 2-7 working days (at this time, the effect is the Express online until the recipient receives the express), except for special circumstances! Delivery time is closely related to the customs clearance time and flight arrangement at the destination.

Compensation / insurance / other value added services

1. Compensation standard

For the missing, out of stock and damaged express, such as the weight, quantity, number of pieces and damaged express received by the addressee, please give feedback on the loss or damage to FedEx at the destination within 24 hours after receiving the package. And provide the local registration number and accident certificate of the addressee to our company within 7 working days, so as to investigate and claim for compensation from FedEx. If it is verified by FedEx, the maximum compensation is free of freight, and the declared value of the compensation package shall not exceed 100 USD. For partial damage or loss, compensation shall be made according to the percentage of the actual lost quantity in the total number, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed USD100. If the express is lost due to the customs spot check, the customs will open the parcel for inspection when it passes through the customs, which may lead to the loss of the parcel, the loss of all or part of the items in the parcel, or the seizure by the customs. Our company will not take any responsibility.

1. Item description

The actual product name and quantity shall be filled in when declaring the product name. No gift or sample declaration is accepted.

2. Declared value

FedEx has no requirements on the declared value. The customer can decide the amount to be filled in. It is suggested to declare according to the actual declared value of the goods, so as to avoid high tariff and fine.

3. Recipient address

FedEx does not accept PO Box email address, but must provide the recipient's telephone number. The above information should be filled in English. Other languages are not allowed

4. The weight of a single piece of goods shall not exceed 68kg, and the length + 2 width + 2 height shall not exceed 330cm

Global Express: the maximum weight of single ticket is 500kg, the single piece is not more than 30kg, and the size is 100cm * 60cm * 70cm

Economic Service: the maximum weight of single ticket is 1000kg, and the single piece without pallet is no more than 70kg. The size is 2400cm * 120cm * 150cm
