The calculation formula of UPS volume weight is: length cm x width cm x height cm / 5000, calculation method of charging weight, comparing the actual weight of a single piece with the volume weight, the larger one is added (if a and B are two pieces of goods, the real weight is a = 15kg, B = 8kg, and the volume weight is a = 10kg and B = 16KG, then the charging weight is 15 + 16 = 31kg)

UPS international express surcharge

Remote surcharge: for express to remote areas, a surcharge of 3.5 RMB / kg * fuel oil for the current month will be charged, and the minimum fuel charge for one ticket is 171rmb * for that month.
Textile cost: according to the latest regulation of the Hong Kong Trade Department in 2011, only the import license is required to be sent to the United States, and the fee is one ticket plus 50 yuan (no textiles are received in Nigeria)
Fuel surcharge: subject to UPS website, adjusted monthly.

The calculation method of irregular packing surcharge is as follows:

1. The following goods shall be charged 40RMB for each piece: (the following is the repeated charge, which will be accumulated as long as it meets the conditions for additional charge).
Any article packed in metal or wooden shipping containers.

① Any cylindrical object, such as a drum, drum, pail or tire, that is not completely wrapped in corrugated paper.

② . any package with a length of more than 152 cm on the longest side or 76 cm on the second longest side.

③ Any single piece of cargo weighs more than 32 kg.

2. The following goods shall be added with rmb388 * fuel / piece (only one charge will be charged for meeting the following conditions, but RMB40 / piece will be charged at the same time)

① . the longest side is more than 270cm.

② . the length + width + height is more than 330cm (but not more than 419cm).

③ The actual weight of single piece is more than 69kg.

Reference prescription

The package is calculated from the date of delivery to UPS warehouse, and the reference normal delivery time limit is 2-7 working days (at this time, the effect is that the express is online until the recipient receives the express), except for special circumstances! Delivery time is closely related to the customs clearance time and flight arrangement at the destination.

Compensation / insurance / other value added services

1. Compensation standard

For the short, out of stock and damaged express, such as the weight, quantity, number of pieces and damaged express received by the addressee, the receiver is requested to report the loss or damage to the destination UPS within 24 hours after receiving the package. And provide the local registration number and accident certificate of the addressee to our company within 7 working days, so as to investigate and claim for compensation from UPS. If it is verified by UPS, the maximum compensation is free of freight and the declared value of the compensation package shall not exceed 100 USD. For partial damage or loss, compensation shall be made according to the percentage of the actual lost quantity in the total number, but the maximum compensation shall not exceed USD100.

If the express is lost due to the customs spot check, the customs will open the parcel for inspection when it passes through the customs, which may lead to the loss of the parcel, the loss of all or part of the items in the parcel, or the seizure by the customs. Our company will not take any responsibility.

The actual product name and quantity shall be filled in when declaring the product name. No gift or sample declaration is accepted.

2. Declared value

UPS has no requirements on the declared value. Customers can decide the amount to be filled in. It is suggested to declare according to the actual declared value of goods, so as to avoid high tariff and fine.

3. Recipient address

UPS does not accept PO Box email address, but must provide the recipient's telephone number. The above information should be filled in English, and other languages are not allowed.
